These terms govern your use of our website, event registrations, and all related services provided by LPU NSS.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for events, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

• You must be a student of Lovely Professional University to register for NSS events
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services

4. Event Registration

4.1 Registration Process: Event registrations are subject to availability and may be limited by capacity constraints.

4.2 Payment: Some events may require a registration fee. Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay) at the time of registration.

4.3 Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email and QR code for event attendance.

4.4 Attendance: You must present your QR code at the event venue for attendance marking and NSS hours credit.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and contact information
• Attend registered events or inform us in advance if unable to attend
• Follow event guidelines and code of conduct
• Respect fellow participants and NSS volunteers
• Not share or transfer your registration to others
• Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities

6. NSS Hours and Credits

6.1 Hour Calculation: NSS hours are calculated based on actual event duration and attendance verification.

6.2 Maximum Hours: Maximum 6 hours per event and 6 hours per day can be credited.

6.3 Verification: Hours are credited only after attendance is verified through QR code scanning by authorized personnel.

6.4 Disputes: Any disputes regarding NSS hours must be raised within 7 days of the event.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Event Cancellation: LPU NSS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

7.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only if an event is cancelled by LPU NSS. No refunds for user-initiated cancellations.

7.3 Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LPU NSS or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
